4-Weekly Cycle Refunds   We ship out the 6-month Oyster Boost Gold and the   3-month Oyster Boost Silver orders in batches of 4 (or 5)   sachets every 4 weeks from the first shipment date of your order   until the order is fulfilled.     If you cancel, we'll refund you the unshipped monthly sachets    remaining in your order. In the event that a particular monthly    supply has already been shipped out, but has not yet arrived at   your address, and you cancel during this time, we'll be unable to   refund your money for this particular monthly supply. We'll   refund the unshipped portion of your order that's still in our   possession. .   Note:   We do NOT offer a refund for the Oyster Boost Standard  order.
