We ship out the 6-month Oyster Boost Gold order and the

  3-month Oyster Boost Silver order in batches of 4 (or 5) 

  sachets every 4 weeks from the first shipment date of your order

  until the order is fulfilled.

  If you cancel, we'll refund you the unshipped monthly sachets remaining

  in your order. In the event that a particular monthly supply has already

  been shipped, but hasn't yet arrived at your address, and you cancel

  during this time, we'll be unable to refund your money for this particular 

  monthly supply. We can only refund your remaining unshipped portion

  of your order that is still in our possession.

  Note:

  For the Oyster Boost Standard order, we don't offer a refund.

  We don't refund Oyster Boost/Mixed Oyster Powder sachets

  that have already been shipped out and are no longer in our

  possession.
